Dear Parents,
Last week’s monster raise seems to have really sparked the kids. This week saw the kids raising almost $25! The kids seem to be reinvigorated, and we’re so excited to see their enthusiasm!
This week’s winner was the 3rd grade, raising $17.25. The 4th/5th grade came in second with a total of $3.42. 2nd grade rounds out the top 3 with a total of $2.75. The 1st grade raised $0.85, while the Kindergarten didn’t have anything.
With one more week left in the month, the 2nd and 4th/5th grades are in a very tight race, with the 2nd grade only ahead by $0.34. So it’s literally anyone’s game right now. We’ll announce the winner next Thursday!
We also want to let you know that along with the month’s winner getting a treat, we will also be giving a little something extra to all the grades that have past the $100 milestone. Every time a class passes the $100 increment milestone, they will get a prize to celebrate that achievement. This past month saw the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th/5th grades reach it!
SAVE THE DATE: Mark your calendars, parents! On Super Bowl Sunday, February 5th, at 2:00 PM, we will be showing the animated favorite Finding Nemo. Admission is free, and concessions will be available for purchase. We look forward to seeing you there!
